Scope and content

The collection consists of approximately 1500 unpublished musical arrangements used by Richard Himber with his bands and orchestras. In most cases the arranger is not known.

System of arrangement

The musical arrangements are organized in a single series and are alphabetical by title. Scores have been separated from the parts to store them flat. When score and parts have been separated that is noted in the inventory. The inventory is listed alphabetically with scores and parts noted next to each other.
